The developer of Brutal Doom, who goes by the name Sergeant_Mark_IV, has been working on creating a port of Doom 64 to the more modern GZDoom and Zandronum engines. With additional weapons, more gore, executions etc, it quickly garnered a reputation as one of the highest quality Doom mods you can play.
